How it works


You may already find yourself at a crossroad, you have made a decision to try something new or achieve a specific goal.

We will sit together and map out where you want to be and in what time frame. We can then set some goals or achievements that you would like to attain.

Habit change

It has been said that you do not rise to the level of your goals, rather you fall to the level of your systems.

We will work closely together to establish a system where success is guaranteed. 

When your daily activities are in line with your highest priorities there is power in those actions to establish a path towards your goals


What better way to stick to a plan than to have someone who is watching your back, who is pushing you all the way. 

I will be here as that calm and motivating inner voice to spur you on with your actions and habits.

Eating when in a stressed-out state reaks havoc on your digestion. We will work on getting you zen'd out before you tuck in for a good dinner. Part of our training will be emotional brain training, which is a very effective technique to get your body into a parasympathetic state, the best state in which to eat your food!
Water is so important and it is the most overlooked area of health. We will get a routine going for you that will help you take in more water. You will be surprised at the benefits you get from getting the right amount of hydration. With my nifty how to water guide you will feel comfortable incorporating this into your daily routine
They say that 7 to 8 hours is optimal. During our sessions, we will look at how you can get the best sleep possible. I have techniques and how to's that will definitely help to get you closer to your sleep goals
What can we say but whole natural food is the best for your body. I will show you which foods to phase into your diet. I say diet not in the "don't eat this, don't eat that" way. I prefer to tell you what you should be phasing in, and not what you should be phasing out. Heck, you can even enjoy a cake when you work with me!
We have heard it a million times! Exercise! but I say move. Just move in a way that you enjoy and do it more often. As a very fit and athletic person, I can help you in this area. We can come up with a routine that will help your joints and keep you young.
Keeping fit and doing good for your body does not stop at the mouth, you need to feed the mind and the soul. If you are spiritual we will definitely go into some amazing rituals you can incorporate in your everyday life.
